We only collect what you choose to send us through a form on this website:

• Booking requests: your name, phone number, email address, the salon, the service, the date and time you asked for, and any note you add.
• Contact and service enquiries: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, and your message.
• Course enquiries: your name, phone number, the course you are interested in and your message.
• Franchise enquiries: your name, phone number, email address, the city you are interested in, your occupation and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Reviews: your name, the service you had and the review you write, when you choose to send one.

How we use it

• To confirm, change or cancel your booking and to remind you about it.
• To reply to your enquiry by phone or email.
• To send you what you asked for, such as the franchise brochure.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed to it.
• To show your review on the website, when you sent one for that purpose.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising by other companies.

Where it is kept and who can see it

Your details are kept in the system that runs this website and in our business email, and are seen by the team of The Angel Salon & Academy that handles bookings and enquiries.

We use service providers to run the website, to send email and to send the newsletter. They process your details only to provide that service to us.

Cookies and other websites

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Our hosting provider processes technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages to you.

Some pages show content from other services, such as Google Maps for directions and videos from YouTube or Instagram. Those services may collect information and set cookies under their own privacy policies when that content loads or when you follow a link to them.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry details for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep our records. You stay on the newsletter list until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

• Ask us what details of yours we hold.
• Ask us to correct or delete them.
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, using the link in every newsletter email.
